Ingredients:
 4 tbsp non-fat greek yoghurt(vegan yoghurt for vegan option)
 1 tbsp hellmans really light mayo or similar alternative(vegan mayo for vegan option)
 10 g dijon mustard*(you can also use standard mustard)
 40 g parmesan(vegan cheddar for vegan option)
 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk(or preferred alternative)
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp olive oil
 1 tsp lemon juice
 salt & pepper to taste
Method:

Theres not much to it, put all your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Alternatively you can use a hand held blender too.

If you prefer it runnier just add more milk, alternatively if you prefer a thick sauce - add more cheese and mayo.

Notes

This dressing also tastes great as a sauce for pasta dishes or even as a pizza topping - get creative!
