Caesar dressing usually has anchovies and we're not fans SO we made this anchovy-free version which happens to be healthier and higher in protein too.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp non-fat greek yoghurt(vegan yoghurt for vegan option)
1 tbsp hellmans really light mayo or similar alternative(vegan mayo for vegan option)
10 g dijon mustard*(you can also use standard mustard)
40 g parmesan(vegan cheddar for vegan option)
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk(or preferred alternative)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Method:
1Theres not much to it, put all your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Alternatively you can use a hand held blender too.
2If you prefer it runnier just add more milk, alternatively if you prefer a thick sauce - add more cheese and mayo.

3*For our gluten-free friends, some mustard brands contain wheat so make sure you double check the ingredient listing.
Notes
This dressing also tastes great as a sauce for pasta dishes or even as a pizza topping - get creative!
