Ingredients:
1cupground pumpkin seeds
¼cupground flaxseed
¼cupgram flour + 1 tbsp
½tspsea salt
2tbspolive oil
¼cupwater
½tspgarlic powder
½tspmixed herbs
Method:

Line a tray with greaseproof baking paper and set aside. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees C.

Mix dry ingredients and then fold wet ingredients until combined. This should form a dough that's easy to work with.

Flatten onto baking tray until 1/2 cm thick approximately and using a metal cutter, cut round shapes until you have used all your mix.

Bake for approx 10-15minutes until crackers have started to brown around the edges. Leave to cool completely before eating.
