Ingredients:
125gdried potato flakes
3tbsppotato starch
1tbspground flaxseed
¾cupwater
⅔cupolive oil
¾tspsea salt
½tspgarlic powder

Prepare a lined baking tray with greaseproof baking paper and set aside. Pre-heat oven to 150-160 degrees C.

Mix dry ingredients and then fold in wet ingredients, mix together until combined. You need to get a dough-like consistency. If it breaks apart add a bit more of the wet ingredients.

Flatten onto lined baking tray, using the palm of your hands. Try to get it as thin as you possibly can so that they will crisp better when baked.

Slice into square using a pizza cutter or even a spatula will work, anything that you can cut square shapes. Bake for 20 mins approx until golden. Depending on type of oven, the edges will crisp up sooner, simply remove those when they have crisps and bake the rest for longer.

Leave to cool completely before enjoying, they will firm up more as they begin to cool so be patient 🙂
