Satay Dressing 🥜 [VG]
Peanut butter lovers, you're going to love this one. A super quick and easy satay dressing to whip up and bring any dish to (peanut buttery) life. Enjoy on salads, with tofu, on chicken, as a dip or with some rice noodles. Yum.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce(or normal option if you don't need recipe to be gluten-free)
1 tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
½ tbsp sesame oil
½ tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp agave nectar(or honey if you don't need recipe to be vegan)
2 tbsp (heaped) of natural peanut butter
Method:

In a bowl, add all peanut sauce ingredients and slowly whisk together until combined.

Pour over a salad, on grilled chicken or even use as a dip.

Notes
THIS PEANUT DRESSING IS A GREAT OPTION FOR TOFU OR CHICKEN SATAY, AS A SALAD DRESSING OR EVEN WITH RICE OR NOODLE DISHES TO GIVE IT SOME DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTERY GOODNESS.
