Vegan Choc Brownies

It was inevitable that we’d eventually make a delicious brownie recipe for you guys to enjoy (sorry it took us this long). This one came about after finding out about certain intolerances which included dairy, egg and almonds amongst many other ingredients. So, after adding a bit of this and a bit of that, we came up with these delicious, slightly decadent, tummy-friendly brownies. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

Ingredients:
150g Dark Chocolate
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
300g Alpro Soya & Coconut Yoghurt
125g Gluten-Free Oats
1/4 Cup Granulated Stevia
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Scoop Vitafiber Powder*
1 Scoop Pea Protein Isolate
1 Tsp Xanthan
1 Tsp Baking Powder

Alpro Soya & Coconut Yoghurt is a great Dairy-Free / Vegan yoghurt alternative which actually happens to be really macro-friendly too!

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 170 Degrees C.

Chop up the dark chocolate and add that into a bowl with coconut oil and melt in microwave or over a saucepan with boiling water.

Fold in the remaining ingredients until well combined.

Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes until baked through and knife comes out clean.

Leave to cool completely before slicing.

Recipe yielded 20 pieces.
