Nutritional yeast makes for a great ‘cheese’ alternative, its nutty/ cheesy flavour help bring many dishes to life and is often used in Vegan/ Dairy-Free dishes. It is so versatile to use and you can add it to pretty much anything, as salad toppings, to sprinkle into soup or as we show here, to make a sauce!
200g Bulkpowders Smooth Cashew Butter
6-8 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Brown Rice Protein*
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
Pinch of Salt
Can be omitted, but you may have to add some thickener. We would recommend xanthan Gum OR more nutritional yeast.
Add all your ingredients into a blender, blitz and VOILA… done!
