After seeing Oppo Ice-cream showing up left, right and centre on everyones insta feeds, combined with the fact our local supermarket started stocking it… we had to try some. And it did not disappoint! So, after the initial 1st spoon (or 3) we decided to fuel up with this delicious post-workout smoothie. Give it a go! Perfect addition to the incoming sunny days…
Blitz all ingredients in a blender, pour in a cup, top with a sprinkling of extra cinnamon annnddddd enjoy.
For more of a frozen treat, add less milk but you’ll need a solid blender to get through them frozen apples.
