These bars are so easy to make on a whim, with little to no ingredients and easily customisable. We used USN Toffee Popcorn flavour which may attribute a bit to the texture achieved but don’t be afraid to experiment with your favourite whey proteins!
80g Almond Butter
1 Scoop Usn (Low-Carb) Protein
1 Tbsp Bulkpowders Vanilla Zero Syrup
1 Scoop Vitafiber Powder
1 Tbsp Granulated Sweetener
Add almond butter to a bowl, followed by Protein, Zero Syrup, vtatiber and sweetener. In that specific order and mixing well between each addition.
Then fold in ingredients further using your hands and divide mix into two.
Flatten and shape both dollops into bar shapes, use the edge of a smooth knife to neaten them up by tapping them into shape from all sides.
And done! 2 bars ready for your enjoyment 🙌🏻
You can make the bars smaller if you want to get more out of your mix or even into small protein balls.
Use different nut butters, whey proteins and syrups OR go crazy with additions such as choc chips, dried fruits or nuts.
