Want to curb those pizza cravings but don't want the extra cals? Try this pizza omelette recipe, easy to make and a great low-carb option for the pizza lovers (in all of us).

Ingredients:
 200 g egg whites(approx 5-6 egg whites)
 40 g tomato puree mixed with 2-3 tbsp water(or you can use a tomato passata or similar tomato sauce)
 100 g turkey slices (chopped)
 30 g spinach leaves (chopped)
 40 g grated mozarella
 ½ tsp oregano
 pinch of salt
 1 tsp olive oil
Method:

Add olive oil to a med-large pan and heat on med heat.

Once oil is hot, add egg whites and leave it cooking on medium heat until cooked through without flipping it over. Then remove from heat. Pre-heat oven to 170-180 degrees C.

You can make your base with egg whites (as shown) or with whole eggs like you would a normal omelette, entirely up to you and your dietary requirement.

Pour the sauce over your omelette base and then add your toppings onto the sauced omelette base. Then sprinkle oregano and salt. Alternatively, add salt to your omelette while cooking it.

Now, this part might get you by surprise but youโ€™ll need to bake it in the pan! Yes, just as it isโ€ฆ put the pan with your ready made pizza omelette and bake until your cheese is deliciously melted and golden.

Youโ€™ll have to wait for it too cool a little, then transfer onto a plate and done, omelette pizza. Ready to satisfy your cravings!
