LOW-CAL PROTEIN WAFFLES
Say hello to your new best friend, the (wonder)ful low-cal waffle coming in at a mere 166cals per piece. YASSS. Triple up bihhhh.
80g Ready Brek Porridge
5 Egg whites
100g Queso Batido Desnatado or Non-Fat Greek Yoghurt
1 Scoop Bulkpowders Vanilla Whey
1 Tbsp Bulkpowders Vegan Protein*
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
*Or sub with any type of dry protein powder, casein works well too.
1. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and combine with a whisk.
2. Fold in the wet ingredients.
3. Set aside for 5-10mins.
4. Heat waffle machine as per machine instructions. DO NOT be tempted to blast it on high to heat it quicker. Spray with low-cal oil spray and waffle away.
Lather it up with your preferred toppings and bam! Waffles a la health.
Yields 5 servings.
