Not sure about you guys, but Friday afternoon’s at work can sometimes be difficult with everyone in full force weekend eating mode! Doughnuts, biscuits, pizzas, chips, chocolates, you name it… flying all over the place! So, we wanted to be well prepared and knocked this up in a moment, little did we know how frickin AWESOME it would turn out to be! And best of all… SO SIMPLE!!!!!
4 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (any flavour)
1/2 Scoop Bulkpowders Informed Whey in Chocolate Hazelnut Biscuit*
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
4-6 Drops of Choc Liquiflav*
(YEP, THATS IT!)
*For Vegan variations, you can add Chocolate flavour Sunwarrior, however it is slightly drier so amend accordingly.
You may choose to use any flavour Chocolate Whey, however we recommend this one for the flavour it gives it.
**Replace with liquid Stevia drops. Now Better Stevia in Hazelnut flavour is a great alternative.
In a bowl, add PB2 and whey then proceed to add water till you get a thick spreadable consistency, be careful because one single drop of water over and its too late. (if that happens however just add more PB2 but this will change the nutritional info). Use a whisk to avoid clumping.
Then… eat some (duh) and proceed to do your bestest happy dance,
because this is a moment to celebrate! Tastes great on its own, as a pudding,
slathered on bread, rice cakes, you name it!
