¼ Cup Water
3 Scoops Vita Fiber Powder
2 Tbsp (heaped) Pistachio Butter
3 Scoops Vanilla Whey
¼ Cup Roasted Pistachios (chopped)


Whisk together water and vitafiber powder then heat in microwave (approx. 30 seconds) or in a pan until dissolved.

Fold in pistachio butter, followed by whey until you have a doughy consistency.

Mix in the chopped pistachios last.

Then roll into balls (or bars) and voila!

You can use this recipe for any variation you fancy which is what makes its so awesome! Just sub the nut butter and whey for whichever you prefer, then load it with as many or little toppings as you’d like (or your macros will allow you).
