A creamy and tasty homemade nutella which is sugar-free and happens to be vegan-friendly. Made from roasted hazelnuts, cocoa powder and coconut milk powder, the only negative on this one is practicing self restraint!

Pour all ingredients into a food processor and keep blitzing until you get a creamy and smooth texture - you may think it won't blend but eventually the oils release from the nuts and give it a more liquid consistency.
If you're going to use a high speed blender instead of a processor, do it in steps: first blend nuts and oil into a liquid and then add the remaining ingredients.

This recipe is no doubt high in fat from the nuts and oils so please consume responsibly, however it is a great option for anyone wanting a sugar-free or vegan option, especially those with intolerances.
