This recipe doesn’t take many more ingredients than your bowl of proats would! Oats should be a staple item in everyone’s pantry, it has, after all, been voted #1 in the breakfast food group*
2 Cups Gluten-Free Oats
1/4 Cup Xylitol (Or any granulated sweetener of choice)
2 Scoop Non Gmo Strawberry Soy Protein
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
4 Egg Whites
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Cider Vinegar
Pre-heat oven to approximately 170 degrees, mix your ingredients in a bowl, spoon your mix into a muffin tray and stick in the oven for approx 20-30 minutes. Really is THAT simple!
