Some morning’s we find ourselves in a situation where we have been too busy to prep our brekkie the day before but also in too much rush to make a decent breakfast as and when we wake up. So, this is our go to quick fix for when that does happen! Packed with greens, fats, proteins, fibre and a tiny bit of fruit for extra flavour… this simple smoothie will no doubt put a spring in your step and keep your tummy happy till your next meal!
750ml Cold Water
2 Handfuls of Spinach leaves
50g BULKPOWDERS Peanut Butter (or alternative, this is just our favourite)
2 Scoops BULKPOWDERS Banana Fudge Beef Protein
1/2 Ripe Banana*
*Add frozen banana bits for a more refreshing alternative.
Add all ingredients into a blender and BLITZ!
Pour into your fancy cup then sip it up (straw optional).
Recipe yielded 4 servings. Amend accordingly if you wish to make less.
We prepped these in bulk and kept them in fridge for the following few days and it tasted just as good!
