Speedy Guacamole kinda sounds like the Avocado version of Speedy Gonzalez, alas it is not. It’s just some plain ol’ guacamole, which you can get done in no time! (Mr Gonzalez would be proud tho). Spread over your fave toast, in a Burrito Bowl or add to your favourite salad.
2 Small Avocados (Or one large one)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt
1/2 Tsp Garlic Granules
1/4 Tsp Onion Salt
1/8 Tsp Chilli Flakes
(or more if you like it hotter)
Add all ingredients into your NutriBullet, blitz it and done!
Avocado is abundant in many vitamins and minerals including: Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 & Vitamin E.
