Ingredients:
1 Pack Morrison’s Roast Chicken Breasts (2 pieces)
2 servings Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato Chips (approx. 24 chips)
Can be purchased here
1 Egg White

Coconut Oil (optional)*

Directions:
Preheat oven to approx. 180 degrees.

Prepare a baking tray with baking greaseproof paper, a bowl with your egg white and another bowl with your sweet potato chips, mashed up into small tiny crumbs.

Now… I’m not sure about you guys BUT when I used to watch mummy Musclebaker make her delicious breaded chicken, I used to think that those crumbs would cling onto meat and stay there as if some divine miracle. Thankfully, my mother showed me otherwise, and taught me the wonderful ways of using egg to stick the crumbs on.

So, grab your chicken fillet and dip it into your egg white and then into your sweet potato mish mash, you may need to use your hands to press them in and coat some more. Once thoroughly covered, place on tray and do with the next.

*You can drizzle melted coco oil over the tops so it can crisp up even further.

Place in oven until your chicken starts to sizzle and coating begins to golden and crisp up.
